When you have a problem at one of your properties, all you need to do is fill out a work request form and fax or email it to us. We have both formats available for you! Of course you are more than welcome to use your own work order form and fax or email it to us. If you don't want to fax or email, just phone us and we would be glad to take the information right over the phone! Once you have faxed, emailed or phoned the work order to us, we will contact the resident to let them know we have received the work request and will schedule an appointment if necessary. Since the most common problems involve squirrels in attics, I will give you an idea of what we do in such a situation. We will go to the home and do a thorough inspection. This involves getting on the roof and checking everything! Once we have identified how the squirrels are getting into the attic we will set up traps for capture. Whenever possible we have the resident check the cages and notify us when we have a catch. We will then relocate the problem animals if legal to do so. If the resident does not want to or is unable to check the cages, we will be happy to provide this service for you. Once we have removed the problem squirrels, we will repair whatever holes or damage they have created and we can perform any other repairs needed to prevent future problems. We warranty our work for 1 year against animal re-entry. In other words if within five years of the time the original repair was done, an animal gets in through our repairs, we will remove the animals and repair the problem for free. The only exception is for wood repairs. Unfortunately we cannot warranty wood shake shingle repairs. So rest assured that once you have given us your problem, we will take care of it from start to finish! Please call if you have any questions or if you're unsure if your problem can be solved. We target the problem causing animals only and place two cages at each property, most companies only give you one. Our client is involved with checking the cages if possible. If not we can provide the complete service from beginning to end. We place the cages where they are easy to view. This saves you money by not incurring a trip fee for our technicians to check the cages. Our euthanasia techniques are approved by the AMVA and are unique in the local industry. We properly euthanize and dispose of any animals that cannot be relocated according to state laws. If an animal gets in through our repairs within one year we will remove the animal and repair the problem for FREE. With the exception of wood shake shingle repairs. All we do is wildlife. This is not a part time job for us. We do it full time with well-trained technicians.
